Drawing, painting and creating art have been a part of my life from a young age but I was not able to continue my artistic journey until much later in life. Since moving to a wonderful coastal community, I have been fortunate to study and attend workshops with a number of amazing artists, mentors and fellow artists. Their shared knowledge and encouragement continue to motivate me on my journey and I am grateful for all of them.

Our beautiful coastal region offers an abundance of painting inspiration. I am always drawn to the effects of light and atmosphere especially on the quiet beauty of marshes and coastal landscapes.
